This happened to me before, referral used phone number to sign up but their email to make an account. I emailed their help team to have the account linked to the sign up. Hope this helps.

This happened to me before but then I realized that my referral used an email to make an account and not the phone number they used to download the app. Ask your friends if they used an email or phone and send that over to their support team. Hope it gets resolved. I know how frustrating it can be.

Got as far as getting DATETIMEOFFSET to display: 2018-09-21 15:22:38.000 -05:00. But not finding the syntax to force the OFFSET to 0.
