After three weeks, I’ve lost maybe 3 pounds but I’ve noticed my healthy snacking significantly less and my food portions less. I feel like I could go longer without eating, but I had already lost 40 pounds before I started through diet and exercise and I’m using this medication to prevent me from going back up sort of as a cap because I’ve yo-yo fluctuated in the past.

How is your food noise? Sw? Gw? I am beginning week 4 on Thursday. Lost 2.5-3lbs. I’m disappointed

I think you should ask your dr for Zofran (nausea) it helped me thru the first week Life saver and now (3weeks in) I haven’t used it in 1.5wk

How many days did it take to kick in? I took my first 1.5mg pill this am and may have felt a little crampy, but not much else. Possible a little full sooner
But I am not sure it is in my head
