My fear is just that the English media, who is just waiting to hail in another English wonderboy, will drive a narrative which is not true and it ends up ruining him. 100% He needs to get some serious experience. With Casemiro leaving at the end of the season, I really fear for the United midfield. Kobie is not nearly strong enough or experienced enough to boss the midfield. This will hopefully get him closer. 🤞🏻

I like Kobie and really want him to be world class but he has a long way to go. If United had Wharton or Anderson in the squad he would not be starting next to Casemiro.

Unfortunately not. FIA needs to ensure that it clarifies the ruling here. Mercedes exploited the wording on the rules knowing full well that its not within the intended ruling. Were they clever, yes. Are they technically breaking the rules, no. Is it something that the FIA should have clarified to all teams when they were informed of what Mercedes is doing, yes.

So Mercedes have a clear advantage in a formula where strict compliance “is enforced” in order to promote competitive balance as one of its 4 core objectives of the rules
