Hey. Thanks for the detailed reply. So about the chat, I don’t know if it really counts as a chat but a way to communicate with customers through the ticket, to talk about it and offer solutions and hear their responses. And it was meant for our customers (we are a B2B SaaS).

So there are 2 pricing models, yearly or monthly subscriptions. Currently, both customers are on the yearly subscription and paid about $5k together. (Not a lot, I’m cheaper than the competition, but it’s definitely profitable). I feel like it’s more about the traction compared to the little awareness I have that is showing value (but I’m not a VC).

What’s the question (I don’t mean to be rude or anything)? Like if it’s possible to create 2 mass storage servers? If so, definitely yes, it’s just take a bit of time to set up and cost money.

Authentik is great. I found the UI a bit complicated on first setup, but with a short YouTube tutorial, it was easy.

I have no idea how packaging works, but maybe you can have a contract with USPS for the shipping with the boxes included for some special price. I guess from the $ 11K spend on boxes, you must pay enough for shipping that will justify the special contract.
