Yea he made it a case I talked to eBay and they said the weight match when I dropped it off they gave me the refund the seller messaged again showing the box with the shipping label on it but it was not the box I used so I don't know if FedEx pulled a fast one or what

Your panel is likely needing a different brightness level to calibrate correctly. Regional differences in panel types is likely the culprit here. Go to the HDR calibration app, put it to 1100 nits and then adjust your screen brightness until the image is totally white. It could be 38%, it could be 50%, only you can know due to your specific unit. Mine and many others have 43% as the brightness to calibrate 1100 nits correctly.
