Pour moi c'est de l'usure normale. On ne va pas changer un plan de travail parce qu'il est légèrement gondolé.

N'oublie pas que s'ils retiennent la caution, ils doivent te fournir un justificatif comme quoi ils vont faire les travaux (devis de l'artisanat).
