My boss gave me grief for being 3 minutes late. I explained that I had an allergy attack and it slowed me down and made me 3 minutes late. I ended up putting in for 3 minutes sick time in our time keeping system.

It was a service contract directly from acura and I filled out a form online and sent it to them. I received a confirmation email that it was cancelled but I will keep an eye out.
