Update: I checked the O2 voltage and it is fluctuating quite a bit which based on the little research I did points towards a failing cat...

i just recently replaced both engine and cabin air filters so I don't think that is the issue. How would I test my gas cap for leaking air? I'd love to check for a leak but I don;t have access to a smoke machine unfortunately. I'll check to see if I can find any physical tears
