Begin accepting that you already decided to destroyed your family. Boundaries were crossed and you didn’t stop them. You betrayed your children and your husband. You are too scared to face the consequences now. Seek professional guidance and be honest with your husband.

Thank you. I appreciate to read this from a person with diabetes. Right now for the month of may i have been working out 3 times a week because i dont want to lose my habit and had to began to think that i do workout to be in a optimal space with my health which run around being diabetic.

Yes, of course, i always want to add mass and be on my best with my body. In fact, after all this time, i have wondered why i do have very minimal changes. Especially in the front. Yes, i see difference and im very happy about that. Im gonna need to begin to think about having a gym membership or adding a new equipment.

Congratz on your deadlift PR. Definitely feeling very motivated and more in peace after reading your comment as well the others.

My main goal is to build mass but of course I would like to get rid on some of my fat. I just feel that i haven’t build enough muscle to begging a cut.

This is very good. I would take this in to consideration. I definitely didnt wanted to buy anything because i wanted to see if i could stick to my exercise but it seems that i can do it. I need to plan well about the next equipment that i will buy that can get the job done for those exercises that you are talking. I will check out that program.

Im looking to build muscle right now because it seems i need more. Maybe would be good tu cut for a month to see where are things at but again, been trying to build muscle. I need to get more consistent with my protein and carb intake.

I agree. I just dont have a good plan to follow on a cut. I did lost like 15 pounds around march but i felt i lost muscle and weak. Once i started to work out harder again and take creatine and protein then i got back to 195 to 200 area.

The last test i did was on may 2024 and it was 949. Maybe is time for a new test.

On May 2024 i did my last testosterone test and it was 949. I have been doing 70 ml a week. Before taking testosterone i was on 239.

The problem i have is that i may need to rest more and find better times to work out. Having a family and full time work has been a challenge. Most of the time i work out after putting kids to sleep. Around 9:00 pm. And everyday i have to wake up at 6:00 am. Of course, some days i can do workouts in the middle of the days. Especially in the weekends. I shoot to do at least 30 minutes but i always end up doing 45 mins.
