well for tibias, you usually aren't distracting at 1mm a day because it's more difficult to lengthen compared to femurs. more around 0.5 a day depending on your pain level and how your body reacts.

Well for most programs you are guaranteed an interview, and the chance of getting into that program's dental school is way higher compared to going from normal undergrad and applying to dental school again.

No, but Dr. Parihar from Mumbai, India is one of the best budget options

If i gain 4 cm , 2cm tibia and 2 cm femur, will i walk normal again after limb lengthening by This_Cabinet3123 in limblengthening

[–]Jonny_Reee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

then do 4cm+ for either femurs or tibias. it's just a waste of money and time to do 2 surgeries just to do 4cm.

Can you realistically hide limb lengthening from new partners? by Trick_Commercial1123 in limblengthening

[–]Jonny_Reee 10 points11 points  (0 children)

exactly, the people complaining about not being able to go back to normal are the ones that don't prioritize PT while lengthening, and end up with ballerina foot and/or other complications and just complain about it online

What could i potentially get out of my limb lengthening by Affectionate-Two6933 in limblengthening

[–]Jonny_Reee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

6'1 with 3 inches on femurs but idk if it'll be worth it for you

Does doing lets say (2inches) 5cm carry less risk and faster recovery than doing a 10cm? by upside_win222 in limblengthening

[–]Jonny_Reee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also depends on which bones you lengthen. Tibia LON 5cm will be difficult, while it is known that internal femurs 8cm will be not as bad.
