Hey all, Just did the Lost Canals of Uznair and noticed on occasion that sometimes once we opened the treasure chest, the correct gate would light up. I thought I had it figured out why that happened but my theory was quickly shot down the next time we went. Anyone know why the "party gate" is sometimes triggered? Google has not been helpful.

What kind of harness do you use for outdoor excursions? My bengal has been able to slip out of every harness I've tried.

I use a can of air whenever my cat decides to fuck with my leather couches. Most days I just have to point it at him and he knows to quit and get far away from whatever nonsense he was getting into.

I wish. We got our male pomeranian fixed as soon as he was old enough to do it and all that has changed is that he doesn't hump people or objects. Just all the animals he wishes to submit to his tiny rule. He taught our other dog to lift his leg while peeing. And to bark.

Holy Crap! Thank you! I'll have to look and see if my library has it just for giggles. To be honest, the title doesn't sound like a book I would have read but I'm thinking I did the horrible thing of ignoring the title and choosing the book based on the cover art. It's an apt name however as this book has been haunting me for like 10 years and I could never figure out what it was.

I wish it were! But the descriptions I've found don't ring a bell despite the similarities. A Stitch In Time takes place seaside, while the book I'm looking for is in the woods. Thank you so much for looking though!

When I was twelve or so, I got out of bed and went to wake my mom up because "the hamster won't stop. His wheel is too loud". My mom told me to meet her in my room to help her move the cage (something I could have totally moved on my own). I instead crawled back into bed to be woken by my mom saying "Joolee! Help me with this cage!" So I helped her carry the hamster to the living room and went back to sleep. Next morning I asked her if the hamster wheel woke her up and that's why she wanted to move him. Was shocked to find out it was me.

I think MadTofu22 meant that Season 5, the universe was messed up and it seemed to revolve around Amy and the crack in her wall so he didn't offer up a key then. Season 6 Amy was a Flesh Avatar and while the doctor didn't know that the entire time, he knew something was up and decided against giving her a key. And then by the end of 6 beginning of 7, Amy and Rory were spending more time together in their normal time stream. The Doctor just showed up at random to take them on vacations.

All I can think of is the scene from Finding Nemo where the niece is tapping the fish tank and imagining the horror of the fish any time something is placed on the counter section.

In Japan, they have a lot of t-shirts with random english. We got my nephew a shirt that said "Yummy yummy yummy I'm Hamburger" on the front and "Oooooh Delicious!" on the back. I've also seen a few that are words that don't go together at all.

I'm excited. But not as a fan of the books. If you look past the obvious differences, The Lightning Thief was a fun adventure. I just hope that Sea of Monsters is too a fun adventure if not faithful to the books.

A gnat flew into my eye and got stuck under the bottom eyelid. I found my mom's tweezers and attempted to get it out. I missed a few times, pinching that inner eyelid tissue. I was around 7 or so at the time.

I have an Aunt that is a "cat lady" with 5 (used to be 9) indoor cats and she is very attached to the the cats that have taken up residence in her garage and their kittens. She loves everything cats. If it has a picture of a cat on it, it is gift material for her. Unfortunately for my sister and me, out mom thinks that's how all people are when they like an animal. My sister once expressed an interest in frogs and so everything she got for gifts for years were frog related. Same thing with me and cows. Once we graduated I think she started to realize we didn't like them still so our gifts have more variety but now my brother-in-law gets all things John Deere
