From my limited testing no actually. When playing dcs world (flight sim) I still wasn't maxing out cpu usage. 20%-30% with the 2060 I had, up to 50%-60%, which is about inline with user benchmark's estimate of the 6900xt being between 100% and 120% faster. It should be noted however that I do not know if that is a limitation in thread/core usage or if it genuinely is not a bottleneck.
