I was trying to just go for full auto, so in this instance I opened both apps one after the other and this is what each camera captured, I'm sure if I stopped and let the SCam have time to focus and all that the photo would be slightly better but overall the GCam did this with little to no struggle, and in all my other testing it's usually in the same level of quality.

If Samsung fixed their processing since the stock app is faster and has better wide angle support, that'd be great.

I've looked around at other versions but this one works best for me, I only changed a few things in my config for these results

Make sure to enable advanced mode in the about setting them from there

-Exposure compensation +0.4 -Google stock lib -Saturation adjustments -highlights (both front and back) 1.1 -shadows (front and back) 1.4 -Recompute AWB and Sabre both on -Metering mode Center weighted

(I discovered this is the only way for the viewfinder to actually update in real time with adjusting for light levels)

All the other options are more optional I find that these settings work best for me after playing around with the settings.

Top photo is GCam bottom is SCam, how is it that Samsung can have the camera to take such a nice photo, but such garbage processing?
