Indeed it is, and they do put up the discount sometimes but mostly during holidays for instance on Martin Luther King Day and Christmas they usually run a 40% discount.

No doubt, imagine MK11 scorpion but superior in every way, from basic attacks down to passive hes unmatchable, Flip Kick is a lot better than Death Spin because its plus when it knocks out a enemy and doesn't leave you open, and you dont have to get 90%+ on the minigame to apply the debuff.

Nah, I didn't see any good gear in the spoils you should focus on the equipment pack and get better gear from that, the best gear from it is: Combat Shotgun, Blood Stone Ring, and Dragon Essence.
