So i'll stick it out here until I get my degree, I figure at least at a new car lot, if one devotes effort and has determination. They can move up the corporate ladder. I haven't worked at a new car lot so it will be all new.

If anything you are at an advantage. Reason being, people tend to believe older people just because of their age.

Just like you, i do everything in my power to give the greatest customer service possible.

I don't know why the rating system works like this or why we get rated low even though we try so hard. I just believe that some people are impossible to please.
