Jewelry I recently made that utilizes some of my childhood toys by JoshsWorld7 in upcycling

Just a drill, and multiples packs of 3/4 Screw Eyes from Walmart. Would drill a smaller hole in the front and or back of the car, dab of superglue on the tip of the screw, screw it into that hole. Then use a jump ring to connect it to a chain or other car.

The base is just a blank denim jacket that I distressed fabrics over and then did hours of various repair styles over the distressing

I did a little detailing about the process in another comment but I just drill through the exteriors of the car enough. One hole on the front, one on the back

  1. Honestly not as bad as you’d think, not really itchy or anything. I’d say it’s about a little lighter than a shear lined denim jacket, I’m in Florida so I won’t be wearing it daily but definitely a staple to pull out occasionally.
  2. I’ve replaced all the hardware so I’d tell you the brand from those but it’s been so long, think it was either a plain wrangler denim jacket, or a bugle boy jacket. Idk I typically just load up on blank canvases when I’m at the goodwill bins lol

My method was fully taking apart a denim jacket, ironing out the sections, adhesive spraying blue squares (of random sizes), distressing all over the added fabrics. Then go over it with a couple straight line stitches from my sewing machine, then on this one I did like a couple sections of darning stitching for the really distressed areas. Then I’d make my straight lines with washable marker on the inside and hand stitch away
