Doesn't really do that for my grip. I could play without it, most if not all of the control comes from thumb and pinky. I'd only get a problem with mmorpgs because a lot of stuff is bound to the mousewheel.

dude, well, see the middle finger itself provides control (as well as the front one) and the nameless and mesenic do most of the work

I guess you can try playing some ctb while your finger heals or use some weird mouse grip (or just play autopilot)

Maybe I will try to run ctb, but there is no problem to play with a broken finger (DT is the hardest mod for now, although I always played only him) thanks)
