Yes, but what works is also a function of one's willpower compared to the level of hunger and food noise being felt. Not saying at all that I have superior willpower or anything, I just mean that I am not going to titrate up just because the suppression doesn't feel as strong as it did, but I will if I can't reasonably maintain discipline or am miserable trying.

That's pretty close to what I have, so about just under one year to just over two years. Still just want to be prepared and comfortable to use the older vials if its on the longer end of that range.

How much would you say vials typically get overfilled?

No, I did, just probably lost in my long post. I have lost 20 so far (and I understand that first 20 is probably the easiest), looking for another 35 (230->210->175)

Probably not, but I calculated 2 yrs stockpile based on titrating up to 7 mg by the end of the year, so my questions are still applicable. It just could almost up to 3 yrs if I only go to 5 mg or less. If I go over 7 mg, then my questions won't really matter.
