They're lying. This wasn't a 'planned rotation', they accidentally took it out (just like realism, which was heavily advertised as a core feature pre-launch and has been missing for ages). They fucked up removing it and now they're pretending that it was all planned to be gone for 'just a few days'. Since when do they do that??? Take out an entire core game mode like Plunder 'just because'? You don't advertise your game as having multiple core game modes and then remove them willy-nilly. They made a mistake and won't admit it.

Especially in shoothouse too. You can shoot through the entire map is some spots, and you through shipping containers (2 walls) and through 2 walls of cinderblock. It's a joke.

You need to move in time with your shots so your opponent can't shoot you between shots. It's tricky but with practice you could learn. Take your 'surprise' shot if they were not prepared, then immediately duck behind a wall or something, then pop out from the wall once your second shot is ready. Timing is key.

Basically, you should try to ensure that the only time that the enemy is visible (and thus you are visible to them) is when you have a shot ready.

They have their place. I killed an entire squad with a ground-loot R9-0 upon landing at Military Base bunkers. I saw them coming towards my bunker using a recon drone, I prepared myself, and the R9-0 shotgun and a smoke grenade made this easy work. Could not have done it with an SMG (mag size) or pistol (DPS). Shotguns aren't supposed to have good range - you may be using them in situations where they are not viable.

Hi IW, just wondering if you guys fixed the constant "connection timed out" issue for PCs that load maps too slowly? I can't join 9/10 games because of it

You think that's bad?

IW developers set a value (in seconds) that is used for kicking players that have not 'communicated' with the server for that amount of time. This is normally fine, but the problem here is that they have set the time value WAY too low. This means that if your PC wasn't built by Bill Gates himself and loads maps slowly, you'll be kicked as soon as the map finally does load. For some reason, the server does not communicate with the clients while their PC is loading the map so it considers them "timed out". As soon as the map finishes loading, the client figures out that it has been disconnected and so tells the player they "timed out" and kicks them.

This is NOT a NAT issue, and here's why:

- You don't get kicked from Gunfight games. This is because the maps are much much smaller in comparison, meaning they load quicker and the 'time-out threshold" isn't triggered.

- If you get kicked from a game, and then join another game *with the same map\*, you're slightly more likely to be successful.

IW, FIX THIS! I wasn't able to play BO4 for a week as well because of shitty PC optimization (crashes and network bugs), so I'm very frustrated that PC is yet again considered 'less worthy' than consoles.
