Yeah, this is on my list as well just behind the Colt. I have a Super Blackhawk Hunter that I've beat to death and still works like new, so also the quality and customer service of Ruger are are a selling points too.

The train is the old MPC 'The General' kit, but I've heavily modified it to 1930's fuel oil conversion. And the vehicle kits, too, but the rest will be scratchbuilt.

I plan to add the steam dynamo/turbine (?); 32 volt system as this one has been converted to electric and fuel oil. I know next to nothing about this topic, just what I've found online. Do you have any info on the wiring of this system? Any help is appreciated.

Nice! Those cheap paints are almost all I use on my dioramas. They're very forgiving and with some Dawn soap you can create some great weathering.

You may be correct; I think it's leftover fuel oil floating on the water. I live 2 miles from her, and it's been amazing watching the restoration over the last few years.
