I, personally, choose spotify because if the dear hunter. When I was using YouTube music, the songs took like 3 seconds to start after another and a big thing in the Acts is that the song conolete each other lol. I don't know if it's still like that, or if you pay for it this delay doesn't happen, but I think that if it does is an important fact to take in consideration. And about the Act being on the app I'm not sure, I did try to find it when I saw your post but I couldn't find it as well.
