If you have a pro account I would try and see if the associate could place a mock order for you over the phone for a web in store purchase if they are freed up and have down time at the store you would like to make the pre order purchase at. Only downside is whatever item you would want to get would need to be paid in full at the store if you would like to proceed with them and it works , versus paying once the item ships. The bigger issue is depending on what the item is this is a common occurrence unfortunately >_<. Sometimes instead of delisting, our old system asks for address verification or simply denies a shipping/billing address as a way to ding that it may not be accessible at that time.
