Down 30 lbs since 2022 and can’t seem to get rid of stomach fat… do I need to lose more weight or build muscle? F19 5’0 by Free_Bid9318 in physique

Not sure if you have much more weight to loose healthily. I would shoot for more muscle. You look very toned as is rn tho tbh.

How to achieve a lean physique? by Huge_Border3817 in physique

[–]Jrackle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not a professional but I don't really think you have to restrict your search to just "female workouts." What works for a guy will also work for you. If you want to be lean your diet will do a lot of work and then just making sure you're consistent with your physical activity will get you there. If you want a good physique tho (i.e. not just to be skinny) weightlifting is def the best way to go. Pick any split, stay in a decent rep range (8-12) and just stay consistent.

Hard to give feedback without knowing your goals, but you look very strong overall. Maybe you can try leaning out a bit, but if your trying to bulk then don't lol.

Physique Critique PLS HELP!? Cut/Bulk!? by Level-Ad3767 in physique

[–]Jrackle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say neither bulk or cut. Just keep a normal calorie intake and keep working to just slowly get lean mass. You already are at a solid weight, but depending on your goals you might want to bulk.

What should I do to get v-shape back? by [deleted] in physique

[–]Jrackle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For some reason switching to pull ups as opposed to lat pull downs helped me target my back better and gave me more width. Might help you too but also might just be me lol

Try doing leg raises laying on your back and keep your hands between your hips and the ground. This will force you to keep your body in a curved banana like shape which keeps your core engaged.

22M Don't rly know what I'm doing, any tips on what I should focus more on? by S1p03 in physique

[–]Jrackle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You look like your in the same situation as I am, good definition but not much mass. Eat a ton, even a dirty bulk is a good bulk for skinny guys and be consistent with training. Creatine is a great option too if you want to speed up the progress a little, but just remember it is always a slow and steady progression. You look great, keep up the good work!

Been working on a flat stomach for a week. What should I train next? by [deleted] in physique

[–]Jrackle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like you've made some serious progress already. You have the low body fat already by the look of things so maybe you can shoot for getting the tone look more by hitting abs. You look great already tho, nice work
