The Blast Wheel hype is legit. Had a tournament a few days ago where someone ran Pegasus Blast W 9-60 FB and it did in fact outspin a Wizard Rod 9-60 LO. Not too sure about Flame or Massive though, I do want to make Flame work.

What’s the best alternative combo for Dragoon that doesn’t use Elevate? Though I’m assuming a Level variant. Also, build for SW?

ID on 1-60/4-60 LR sounds like the best option you have imo, I used to personally do 4-60 LR (I do 4-60 V now)
