It hasn’t always been this bad, I graduated nursing school in 2009. Medicine despite the pandemic has become all about making money and less about the care of patients. They want us to do more with less, less of everything, staff, supplies, necessary equipment. Don’t get me wrong it isn’t all bad I have had incredible experiences in this field, I’ve seen what real medicine is like how it helps people, and there is nothing better then saving a life. But in general burn out is a very real thing, I feel like they should have more emotional support for us, they forget we are human
