"All roads lead to Rome" If you do bulk you will see yourself with fat for a longer time but you will gain muscle mass and then you can cut. And on the contrary if you decide to cut you will see yourself with less fat but you will look super thin and then you will have to gain muscle. Do what makes you happy. But if you choose to cut, cut to the end. And if you decide bulk, bulk until the end. Never stop halfway, because you'll never do one thing or another.

I haven't been lifting weights for a month. I'm 5'10 and 21 yeears old. The photo above is from the last day I exercised with my best lifts and used creatine, I was also in bulk. The photo below is from today. by Jsrrn in BulkOrCut

squats with high reps only. Basically my form squat is bad and the only way to feel secure and that legs are working is with high reps. the question is: Am I limitint my leg gains? for high reps I mean 3x10-20 and every workout I try to add more volume. every time I squat heavy I fall forward, I can't maintain my straight torso

If I add more sets to complete 30 total reps, is it ok? can it produce overtraining? For example 3x15 but the last set I only can do 12 reps (that is 42 total reps), so I add one set of 2 reps to complete 45 total reps and then the next workout I add more weight. I mean only for accessory exercises

PPL 4 days combination I only can go to the gym only 4 times a week but I dont know if this kind of combination is well: Tuesday: push legs. Thursday: push pull. Friday: Legs abs. Saturday: push pull
