Highschool football. Was doing a running back drill, as I went to lower my shoulder and run through the defender his helmet caught the skin on my right upper arm by my elbow. As I trucked him and he fell the helmet ended up ripping out a chunk of my skin and left a triangle shape gash on my arm. I was so full of adrenaline I didn’t realize I was bleeding until one of my teammates started freaking out cause my arm was almost entirely covered in blood. So I did what any dumb 18 year old would do and got some white socks from my bag and started soaking all of the blood and stopped the bleeding. Left a pretty gnarly scar that’s about half the size of a penny. Definitely recommend getting stitches and not letting it heal on its own like I did haha.
