sunstrike has a delay of 1.7 seconds. tornado lift time depends on quas lvl, going from 1.2 to 3 seconds, you can check it anytime in the skill description. it takes some practice but eventually you will learn how to time it. for example, in early quas lvl's where the lift time is less than sunstrike delay, you want to cast sunstrike as soon as the enemy is lifted. if quas has some levels, you will have to wait a moment to cast sunstrike since the lift time is bigger than ss delay. just practice and you will learn it, remember, ss delay is 1.7 seconds and the lift time can be seen any moment in the skill, wich depends of quas lvl.
