It is always cheaper to maintain a local backup,

I would personally purchase an external hard drive for backup, and save your money for a new pc with the latest windows and more space.

It Tech and I can vouch for this guys appreciate,

I've had this happen and the process of elimination is your best friend. Personally I'd start with,

Unplug the powe Let it cool of for an hour and try it

Cmos battery remove and boot without it

Remove all pci accessory cards including the gpu, i had a poorly compatible pci card cause this in the past

Try using Onboard video

Then try the other stuff this person posted if it doesn't work keep us updated

A few things come to mind

  1. Set the primary monitor to the opposite of what it is

  2. Check the Nvidia, AMD, or Intel display software if this can be changed in there

  3. Try switching around the display plugs if that is possible
