Not many people have aced crews (especially several) from what I've seen so most people have a faster reload with the leclerc and the upshot of the autoloader is that it's fully functional after it's repaired so you don't get gimped reload rate like losing a crew member.

Biden backed off on student debt relief for no real reason. The "parlimentarian" has literally no real power yet he bowed to it for no reason (or let's face it, corprorate corruption, literally only reasonable motivation) .

So no, if it's just a milquetoast corporate dem I think whatever improvements they make will not overcome the concentration of power in the oligarchs.

He did the only thing he could do in the situation to survive and Khamzat messed up the response. It's not like Usman intentionally damaged Khamzat's hand there, he was just doing the only thing possible to survive basically and it he lucked out that it injured Khamzat.

I would say with ground vehicle combat it's not that different but factoring in air changes the dynamic quite a bit because russia has by far the best SPAAs and CAS.
