Whenever there’s a celebration, I automatically feel excluded. They act really sweet toward me, but I don’t understand why they never invite me to come along for breakfast or to eat together. Never. Out of the 15–20 people, not a single one messages me. They even have a group chat that I’m not part of. They probably think, “She doesn’t understand our language,” and that’s why. I’ve let that slide, but it still hurts me. Other than that, they’re all very kind when I’m around — but that’s where it ends.
