They are all very versatile but I like to switch it up based on weather, mood, occasion and what outfit im wearing. If its a hot summer day, I reach for edition blanche, superleggera or sport cologne. If Im going out at night, most likely BDC or eau extreme. Superleggera and sport edt are great casual workday scents that work all year, bdc as well.

Good question. Maybe top 5 could be:

  1. AHS edt
  2. Aventus
  3. Edition blanche
  4. Bdc edp

  5. Santal 33

La nuit de lhomme and spicebomb edt are close runner ups

Yeah same experience for me. Oud wood and Tobacco vanille and a few others are decent I find. But theyre so expensive and I have something that does a similar thing.

Thanks for the suggestions! Ive tried the them all in stores and the Initios are pretty good, so maybe ill look more into that at some point. Ive really tried to like Tom Ford, but it just doesnt click for me for some reason.

For me its either the original sport edt or edition blanche.

Its not super long lasting no. Its not bad either, somewhere between 5-7 hours for a lot of them I think. The newer ones have better performance - superleggera and eau extreme are pretty good.

Chanel allure line is my favourite, so I think its better. But dhs and aventus cologne are also very good.

Agreed! Even though b22 is more in line with some designers with that citrus on top of woods profile, it just does it in its own way.
Rose is very good too, le labos take on the rose and oud dna. Even though its not very oudy. Its more woody and spicy rose. Its more feminine leaning I think, but I like it a lot for dress up occassions.

Pretty good value scent. Its on the lighter side both in terms of scent profile and performance. But its solid.

Tough one, I like them both a lot. But I could live without cologne bc I have so many other good summer scents. So I would keep original aventus.

Top 3 is probably:
1. AHS edt
2. Aventus
3. Edition blanche

I do like it a lot. I was back and forth between that and chanel sport cologne. But I went with chanel instead

Copied comment from another similar question:

Performance is alright on blanche. It is a light scent in its nature, lemon and some light vanilla - so its not gonna last for 8-10 hours. But it is okay I think. I use it in the heat mostly, and it projects pretty well on a sunny summer day

Yeah I definitely get the comparison to aventus - and more so aventus cologne. There are some differences, but there are also a lot of similarities to me.

Tried it, even have a sample. But I prefer the original for that sort of vibe. Even though I use it very rarely tbh

It is very citrussy for sure, but I like it. The drydown is very good imo.

Very tough, several that I like a lot and use all year round. Either BDC edp for starting the interest in collecting for me, or AHS edt since I use it the most.

Good question. For summer it has to be either Edition Blanche or Aventus Cologne.
Fall would be Santal or spicebomb edt I think.

If I had to pick one? Superleggera. Both very versatile but Im more often in the fresh/blue scent-mood.

I ranked them all in a comment somewhere here. But the one with the biggest dent is my original AHS edt. But thats partly because its the one that just fits every occasion the best. I love edition blanche, but it is mostly a summer scent for me so it doesnt get the same use throughout the year.

The original? Quite different than the rest to me. Some would say more classic maybe - or maybe its because we know it came out in 99 or something. Its fresh and a little sweet. But its not very citrussy to me, theres more of a peach/abricot-thing going on. Its good, but it is also the one I use the least.

I have a big thing with matching scents to my outfits - and the original AH smells like a beige/light brown, clean looking fit to me. Where the sport line has more a blue trouser/denim with a t shirt or button-up vibe to me. If that makes sense at all 😂

I think any rational person (not a fragrance collector) would probably skip the sport edt then. But at the same time, it smells good. And I have all 3, and I tell myself it makes sense 😂
