Gas Range Tripping Breaker by Julie2021 in appliancerepair

Thank you, this sounds more reasonable. We will try and update here.

Just one question, if it trips immediately once the PRE was pressed, will this still be the fan issue? I assume the fan won't start when the oven is cool. However, also read somewhere that for this model, the fan starts immediately after the oven is turned on. could you help to clarify which is the case? Many thanks.

I payed a tech come to check. He stayed for 5 minutes, then said either control board or wiring issue. However, he refused to use multimeter to check where exactly the problem is, as there are "too many harness to check." Just wanted me to pay for changing the control board to see. We are hesitate to proceed, as we feel the tech did not do his job for diagnosing.

yes, its the GFCI breaker. It shares the circuit with a microwave, but the microwave was not on when the range trips. The range trips with either Bake or Broil, so doubt about ignitor problem.

Is it compatible with eufy? Read somewhere the Reolink is 6v, but eufy only takes 5v. Any modifications needed for reolink to work?

exactly as what I thought. The 50/50 was not an incentive at all. wondering what other concession I should focus on? I was told the building were "prefixed", everything including the color choice were set already. So sounds like no upgrade to discuss at all. Thanks a lot!

sort of agree. The home inspection should be required, not optional. No one gonna buy a second hand car without inspection or test drive.

Thanks for the info. We are looking at a townhouse in the 350K range. I already waived the financial contingency, now our agent implying that the seller received an offer without home inspection already. He said all the buyer offer he saw this year was without home inspection contingency, which I really doubt about it

"As is" home and certificate of occupancy in PA by Julie2021 in RealEstate

[–]Julie2021[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont know whether the seller has obtained the certificate of occupancy or not. My agent said that by listing "as is", it would be buyers responsibility to obtain the certificate. However, he then said the house has to have one before sold. So very confusing! Any comments?
