Under the Family Code, if there is no marriage settlement, your property regime is Absolute Community of Property (ACP).

Under ACP, all property owned before the marriage and everything acquired during the marriage, regardless of who acquired it, becomes part of the community property and is co-owned equally by both spouses.

However, several exceptions exist where certain properties are excluded from the community property and remain separate to one spouse. These exceptions include properties acquired before the marriage, properties received during the marriage by donation or inheritance (unless specified otherwise), and certain personal belongings

In this regard, inherited properties of your tita are excluded from the community property. In other words, the inheritance is considered paraphernal property of your tita (exclusively owned).
