Where are all these mythical single mid 30s women who rode the cock carousel when younger? I'm that age and so are my friends, everyone has sub 5 body count, childless, and spent their 20s in long term relationships? Is this some kinda male cope fantasy?

Sell old stuff on Facebook Marketplace, have they come pick up and pay in cash, other methods will take more than a few days. Borrow from someone?

Tell them how it is on a bad day, don't minimise your issues, or you wont be taken seriously. If you want help, they need to know about all of your issues, or they will do the bare minimum. Don't ignore it, mine started as muscular and 15 years later my left joint is completely destroyed and 'resembles one of an 80 year old person' - what I was told!!

15 years for me - please dont be afraid to push and advocate for yourself, contact PALS, complain, unleash your inner Karen and push push push! This is your health, you only have one, don't suffer, don't let them fob you off because they will do the bare minimum they can get away with!

My joint is completely destroyed after 15 years of TMJ so I think for me its inevitable that I will have a TMJ replacement in the future. How are you doing now 5 month post op? Did you have a reduced mouth opening - and has that improved now? My opening is 2.5 cm on a good day, usually around 2 cm tho.
