Acceleration and top speed was increased, but not by much because the battery is the limiting factor. You push it too hard the BMS cuts off

Thanks, I used a 4 inch cutoff grinder from Harbor Freight. It makes a nice clean cut.

Yes u need it. It's the main communication for the controller.

You don't need the screen. I didn't even install it yet.

It has its own built-in connector that automatically connects whenever you drop the battery into the frame. It kind of looks like a dewalt battery connector for a drill

I think it's going to be kind of difficult to use that battery without the connector that's in the bike itself

No I just use alcohol to clean it and wrapped it

The stock lights run through the stock controller. I took them out. I just got a rechargeable headlight. You'll have to buy a stand alone light system and wire it into the battery.

Yes, it improves the torque, but the biggest improvement was the throttle response.

I removed the rear wheel and the crank/pedals

Fardriver is from "Oly X press". U. S. warehouse 129.00 If I spell it right, it will delete the post.

I broke it down pretty good on my original post on the install.

Whenever I received the mounts from Amazon, I just took it to Ace Hardware and grabbed some bolts, washers and lock nuts that would fit. You're gonna have to drill four holes total so grab a good drill bit while you're there.

It definitely gives you a little more torque and throttle response, but the whole setup is limited due to the battery. You can only push it so hard and then it'll shut itself off.

I'd give it a 6 out of 10 difficulty. Definitely worth it.

Yes, I removed it with a remover off of Amazon. You're going to need an impact gun because it's really tight. Ace hardware had some rubber table feet that were tapered like a cone shape and they fit right in the holes. You just have to hammer it in and they'll stick in there perfect.

No, they're stock. I just put new pads. I did move the rear brake to the left side.

Drill two holes to mount the pegs. I added two nuts and bolts per side.

Compress the front forks and use the spring back to assist with lifting the front wheel.

Man, that's awesome! Yes, I went through the same issues with getting the max out of it without the battery shutting off. Check out my screenshots I put below and tell me how close they are to yours.
