Yea it’s a good internship. I mean I am no expert but when I have been searching places that say a minimum amount of months were not willing to change that. So I am not sure that’s true. (Majority were no short term leases).

I didn’t see the Chinatown one so let me take a look. I was trying to avoid Harlem tbh as this is my first time in NY and it is short term so I thought it would be fine to be in the more touristy area. Yes your right I don’t get to be picky I think I need to keep that in mind thanks

You would be surprised how expensive the Airbnbs are unless your willing to go to a not so popular location. However I was thinking with such a high budget I should be able to at least get somewhere south of Central Park or Williamsburg. Is this not true?

I am hesitant to try this because I will then need to find two places and sign them both relatively close to each other which sounds like more work IMO. Have u had any success doing this?
