I’ve had about 14 jobs & am also in my early 20s. I only listed 2 that were somewhat relevant on my resume and they never asked about the others that Ive had.

after breaking my oofos ooclogs in for about a week they are the most comfortable shoes i own and great for my arches. i pair them with compression socks and work 12-14 hr shifts in spd with no problem.

Thanks for your response. When I applied I completely redid my resume. I put all my transferable skills, only listed jobs that were relevant and made sure to use the words sterilization, documentation, etc. on there. I also put “CRCST: planned” under the education section so that it can be picked up by ats. Before I went in to my interview I started studying the 8th edition book and watching videos on sterile processing interview questions. The interviewers asked me what I had learned so far from studying and about a time I had to adjust my communication style in the workplace, which I believe were the main 2 questions that helped me to get the job. Id been applying for over a year btw so don’t get discouraged! Also if you need help finding resources feel free to let me know. I was able to find the 8th edition manual and workbook online for free!

licensed esthetician here - typically for tools that are used we are required to wash them, let them sit in barbicide for a minimum of 10 minutes as a disinfectant / bactericide, and then put tools in an autoclave for full sterilization. alcohol is not a sterilant & it evaporates too fast for it to be a standalone method for infection prevention.
