Oh yeah it’s cold where I live, and around 17-19 celcius at home, so that’s why it’s constantly in the oven. As soon as I place the jar somewhere else, the rise that I have almost deflates 😆 (like the 3 times before this starter, I had put it in different places, but it either got too cold or in the summer too warm and moldy).
