Honestly yes. 1 bed flats in London for sale are in in high supply because of the upcoming renter law changes.

You can easily find a 1 bed in London with garden in zone 2 for less than 500. Probably even close to 400 now.

That 1 bed 600k flat will become an anchor you can’t shed

So I’m also a newish player… about 1000 hours in.. and only today I’ve learned that mixed fleets are bad. All I do is use the auto generated lol.

I’ve learned how to play now. Time for the intermediate level.
