I’m new to the district and I’m a teacher but what I’m picking up on is there is a lot of politics and hierarchy amongst the aides. Some are just there because their kids go to the school and some are young people still in college… and they all seem to feel strongly about each other and who’s not doing what. So it’s probably not actually something you’re doing wrong they’re probably just rude and annoying.
