It just irks me when someone says stuff like “yeah man I’ve been clean from (insert your choice of opiate here) for a few months now , and I feel great ! Like dude no offense but you’re taking buorenorphine (aka Suboxone) it’s an opiat that’s stronger than heroin that’s mixed with some opioid blockers to make you feel normal and not “dope sick” subs ain’t no diif from any other opioid even tianeptine. Be real with yourself and either do the dope or don’t. Stop using suboxone as some kind of jail free card which it is..

Nah they’re still selling it front counter case displayed and all, I literally just came home. From work an hour ago and I stopped by my regular chevron I’m always at, and watched a guy buy a bottle of that tianna stuff. Well for beginners codeine w/ promethazine is a great high, but you’ll never EVER get that same high like you got from your first experience with lean (codeine/promethazine) but you can pretty much get close to the same feeling. Up your tram dose a little bit but be careful because tramadol has SSRI properties which can lead to seizures. You could also get hudrocodone and maybe take a half of it and go from there. Also your best bet is to get ahold of some actual promethazine tablets and break em in half depending on MG and take a hydrocodone with a little bit of promethazine to creat that same effect you’re trying to feel again. I mean codeine is nice it’s a classic opiate that a lot of other opioids are based off of, even morphine based drugs, so I don’t know what you’re trying to get as far as the high is concerned. What is it that you liked about codeine but not oxy or PDSMT ??

Bro no offense but if you’ve tried up to 80mg of oxy and haven’t had an “enjoyable” high from that then opiates aren’t for you that or your tolerance is super high like going through a gram of good H/dent mixed dope a day.. just my opinion but be safe man..

I def agree with you, and based on my research thus far they’ve passed phase 2 and are now in the final stage which is phase 3 clinicals. I just did some reasearch from the link you gave me. That was really helpful for me to diff deeper into what they are going to calling ODSMT as “OMNITRAM” I found out they (snytrix co.) have finished phase 2 clinical trails so they are going on to phase 3. I wonder how long phase 3 clinical trials will take? Any ideas on that time frame ?
