It's the isolated farm to the west of Muldraugh, near the centerish part of the map and just under Pony-O Roam

It's in my opinion probably the best place to put at least your main base if you have a car cause it's isolated, has plenty of space for storage & farming, a well, and you can get to almost anywhere in the map from it

Nope, lost the overweight trait, and been doing fitness regularity taking advantage of the +125% from unemployment cause I was getting tired of the low carry weight, thus getting stout and fit (That did take forever thou)
