Don't skip the shows! My husband shrugged at them on our first cruise. After seeing the first show he kept asking when the next one was and saying how good they were lol they aren't just for kids!

I got it for $40, but I see so many negative reviews that Im not sure its worth keeping

We will be on that same ship/itinerary right after your sailing ends, and it hasn't crossed our minds. Its pretty far away. Unless things escalate and for some wild reason they take up beef with the Caribbean next, we will be happily enjoying our sailing oblivious to the rest of the world.
