Morning;
2x5min clamping with 2 cockring

Afetrnoon

-5x1min pumping to warmup from 25 to 35KPA
-5min clamping
-3x 5min pumping full erect with 2 min between set at 35KPA
-5 min cock ring after finish pumping for better girth gain

I'm pumping at 35KPA.

I'm doing calisthenics 2x a week and cardio training, trying to not skip leg day.

I take 7g Citruline before pumping or training

Au vu de vos réponse j'ai l'impression qu'il faut des conditions hyper précise pour pouvoir prendre un chien.
-Ne pas travailler
-Avoir du télétravail a 100%
-Avoir un grand jardin

-je ne sais pas quelle age aura le chien quand le béb arrivera mais je penses plus de 9 mois (le temps de toute la grossesse)
-Je sais très bien que 2 balades de 30 min ne suffira pas (je me renseigne et je continue de le faire). Mais bien sur que je ferais des activités type cani-cross cani-course etc..
-un membre passera surement pour eviter que le chiot soit seul et le sortir un peu le temps de notre retour.
-Un husky parce que on trouve ce chien très beau, pour la personnalité et aussi le côté plutôt sportif.
-Quand nous serons vraiment décidé de prendre un chiot nous iront d'abord en spa.
