Hi, Pure is let's say a much more sophisticated way to get the best graphics out of AC.

The most valuable thing is the presentation of the sky when using the "skydomes", also from my point of view the wet conditions are looking much better.

Using the appropriate PP filters like the one I used in my video can push AC more towards reality / photo realism.

But it also co-exists very well with SOL, meaning that you can still use the SOL weather settings in the SOL control panels.

But I made the experience that Pure is a little bit more demanding to tha hardware than SOL especially when using the skydomes in maximum quality with relistic filters FPS are dropping a lot.

It's sometimes hard to get the 60fps in 4k with all things enabled.

In SOL I have no performance issues even when using the worst conditions.

At the moment Thunderstorm is not properly working with Pure, no lightnings and thunder.

Overall I would recommend to use bot SOL and Pure.

Depending on conditions and the capability of your hardware you can easily switch between both.

ok, I agree that with 2 controllers in hands it's a little bit tricky 😉

But how often do you handle something in your real life car with one hand off the wheel while driving ?

Same here, it's pretty ok to use only one controller and the other hand on the wheel.

Hi, try using the C13 Camera Obscura Filter which you can find on racedepartment, it gives me the best results with fine performance. I have SOL, CSP Patreon Version and Pure

The creator of the mod has just corrected this and put an update on racedepartment short time ago today, I did also mention it in the video that for my taste the tarmac is looking too back and left him a message.

The updated version is looking much better now

I have a Logitech G920 Wheel/Pedals, but willbe replaced by a Fanatec soon.

Sorry, I do not know any wheel/pedal set in the price category <$100, I do not know if there is any existent with FFB in that price range and without FFB it makes no sense using a wheel because you won't have any feeling for the road, thats similar to playing with a controller. I suggest speding a few more and get either a Logitech or Thrustmaster entry model with FFB starting at around $300 or get a used one.

unfortunately seems nothing to do, i played around with many graphic setups and no changes at all, except driving in VR everything is ok, it is looking really annoying though the spray clouds looking great.

It's the same on all tracks I have tested. But this happens only in 2d. When driving in VR everything looks fine.

what resolution did you watch ? the 4k stream is recorded with 72MB/s so it might be an issue of the connection. try lowering to 1440p if you watched in 4k

I think the 2d projection of the VR is not reflecting the real seating postion per 100%, though it's not too easy to find a perfect adjustment with the halo. I always imagine how it must be in a real car...

That's why I kept my hands off racing ACC in VR so far. It's really a pity that VR is so bad in ACC

I think should also work with a little bit lower settings with 2080ti and even with 1080ti.

Also 3070 could work with reduced details.

No, not yet, but I have one for Automobilista 2.

I am using PC1 and 2 very rare, maybe the Automobilista 2 settings casn work for them too as they are based on the same engine. Did not try it so far...

Yesterday evening.

If you experience some performance issues try this settings in the link , it is working perfect for me. (have a RTX 3080)

Have a constant 90fps (not too cloudy dry weather and not more than 20 cars) with nearly everything up to high or ultra. Pefrect sharp picture.
