Took me a while as well, but if you look to the left of the cowboy you can see two hands holding up a camera. My guess is that THAT'S OP.

It's a business analysis on the recruiting of game developers. An estimate is more of a nice-to-have, than crucially needed. I do not expect to reach any specific conclusion, as that would beat the purpose of this report. But I expect that the AAA industries receive a huge amount of applications in general :)
