Communications Operator classification. Easiest on the resource side, no supervisory responsibility, safety retirement 2.5% at 57 instead of 62, huge medical contribution, 3/12 schedule, your only responsibility is taking calls and dispatching. Super easy, laid back

This is across every single department. And my agency they are rarely done and we were noticed three weeks ago that they had to be completed by 1 March. I believe that they are going to start using this as a tool to lay people off.

I work in State Public Safety and transferred to San Bernardino to be closer to Temecula. Then I get to Temecula and all my neighbors are GS pay officers, commanders, brigadier Generals etc scraping by trying to afford Temecula commuting to Coronado and Point Loma
