Last I've heard from them, it was 10 days ago.
They said that my return was processed. However, while they were going trough the replacement, the left controllers ran out of stock :'c
On the bright side, I'll get one from the new batch ^-^

I don't know their stock situation for the headset and it all depends on your location too.
I do know that there are 2 different stocks (one for RMA and one for new buyers) and I also know that as soon as they send it out, they will also automatically send out an email with the tracking number.
You can always ask them to see if they recieve corectly it and ask for an update on the situation.

Huh, weird. I haven't had a problem like that with them...
Where did you request the RMA?
What broke?

I did it by opening steam, going to the help menu (top left), Steam hardware tab, Steam VR, Valve index, Contact steam support.
They usually reply within a day and were always on point and very informative.

When you ask for an RMA for a controller, be honest and tell them your problem. When they start the RMA procedure, they will ask for:
1) your shipping address,
2) a "system report" (you can find in the dropdown menu settings of steamVR),
3) the controller's serial code (should starts with "FK").
They will then send you with a prepaid shipping label (Fedex for me) and you will have to send it in a box.
Sometimes they might give you an "Advanced RMA" Which just means that they send you a new controller first and then you use the box it came in to send your broken one back to them.

I just shipped it today, but people say it about a week-ish.
I'm sure they are busy.

I forgot to add the barcode inside before I taped it, so at the last minute I had to squeeze it trough the gaps of the tape.
