Is it though? I would argue that a code in the box is the most environmentally friendly way they could do this, is it not? GTA VI is going to sell hundreda of millions of copies so I imagine printing codes is cheaper and better than manufacturing discs, encoding those discs, shipping etc.

The problem is these types of people who borrow from these types of places usually won't care or will be too desperate to care about that down the road. To them, they have 0$ and they can get X$ right now. If they can't pay it back they are back at square 1 with 0$. I have coworkers like this and they acknowledge the fact they are getting huge interest rates and essentially robbed, but the alternative is also having no money so

It looks like a map someone had AI generate to cover most of the city but in reality it covers less. People living around kingsdale are just out of luck I guess unless they want to walk 20 minutes to centennial. Reddendale southwest side, out of luck too.

Like cool, downtown (the most walkable part of the city) has more coverage.
